We’re Mika & Douglas, two Swedish souls with a vision to bring new light into the real estate industry in Mallorca. Together we acquire over a decade of experience within the real estate, interior, and finance industries.
Douglas Adamsson is Demiaz’s head broker with a B.A. (Hons) in Global Financial Management from London. He has experience in real estate and investment banking in both Asia and Mallorca. He’s a problem solver with a get-it-done work ethic. Connecting people to their dream homes is what he finds the most joy in.

Mikaela Mattelin functions as head of interiors, client relations, and marketing strategist at Demiaz. She received a B.A. (Hons) from Sir John Cass Faculty of Art, Architecture, and Design in London, and has got experience from international design studios in London working with clients such as Accor, Marriott, and independent high-end brands. With her passion for conceptual design, she’s excited to bring homes to life with a full-on experience as well as provide all clients with exceptional service.

Miró Mattelin Fregona is our new office dog and his job is to greet our clients and make them feel welcome. He’s originally from Mallorca and his favorite thing to do is to run loose at the beach. Miró is a true survivor and was found roaming the streets of Inca before he was saved by an incredible shelter and later adopted by Mika.
