My favourite interior design stores in Palma de Mallorca

“Great components to create a personal and happy home”

Mallorca is an incredible spot for creatives because of its unique energy and beautiful nature that inspires immensely, and this inspiration is also visible in the design shops. Below I have listed in my opinion the best interior design stores in Mallorca with different pieces that are great components to create a personal, different, and happy home.

La Pecera

La Pecera is a boutique in Palma Old Town with an eclectic mix of traditional Mallorcan craftsmanship, a modern take on Mallorcan pieces, and other incredible pieces that you will find in no one else’s home. Next to the actual Pecera shop the “Medina Mallorca the Gallery” is filled with vintage finds from the 20s that you can rent or buy, curated by La Pecera. If you want to create a unique home, this is the place for you.

Lasanta & co.

This is a really happy place for me to visit, not only because of the vibrant walls but because of the magical pieces that this shop has curated from a broad variety of different vintage auctions and markets around Mallorca and abroad. Not only do they curate wonderful vintage furnishings and fixtures, but they also have stunning dining and lounge/sun chairs with colourful zigzag upholstery. Visit this shop and be inspired for very a long time.

Estepajoana

This is the place to go if you love mid-century vintage furniture, which I certainly do. Each time you visit, one cool object after another will be found and you never know what’s going to be revealed in this shop. The prices are also reasonable for the quality and style you pay for.

Il Jardinetto

Step into a completely different world designed as a garden and surround yourself with the most eclectic mixes of founds from all around the world, kitsch, and rare maximalism objects. This is a fun shop where you can find that object that every home requires in order to create interest. They’ve got a lot of elegant lamps with patterns and shapes like palm trees, which organically can soften up any home.

Rialto Living

Last but definitely not least, is this Rialto Living, located in the most extraordinary building, previously used as a movie theatre. I love this shop because they are bringing colours into the often very beige interior design world in Mallorca. The furnishings are very well curated and composed together differently in sections within the store for you to be inspired. There is not just one style, but all pieces seem to be linked somehow for creating an inviting home. They also have an art gallery on the first floor showcasing art from around the world.
