Vintage furniture market “Mercat de Vell de Consell”

This Sunday I decided to visit, in my opinion one of the best vintage furniture markets in Mallorca. The market “Mercat de Vell de Consell” is located outside the village Consell just after Santa Maria del Cami, 25 minutes with car from Palma.

Here you’ll be enchanted by the most incredible finds in any colours, materials, and shapes. You will mainly find incredible vintage pieces, but new handcrafted pieces can also be found. The market reaches four different streets and two industrial venues are filled with artefacts, so make sure you have hours free to wonder around.

I manage to find many inspiring pieces for future projects but also valuable art pieces from local artists that I will start curating for clients in the future. My favourite Mallorquin glass brand Gordiola can also be found in many corners of the market.
